Service Terms

Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm may result in the cancellation of your scheduled appointment.

Vehicle Requirements: Vehicle must be accessible, and keys must be provided at the time of service. The customer is responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle before service.

Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions at the service provider's discretion.

Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer: The service provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of the car detailing service, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicle paint, interior, or mechanical components

  • Damage to aftermarket accessories, modifications, or non-factory equipment

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

  • Allergic reactions to cleaning products used

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Vehicle Condition: The customer acknowledges that the service provider will inspect the vehicle before commencing work and note any

pre-existing damage. Customer agrees that the service provider is not responsible for any damage that existed prior to the service.

Cleaning Products: Customer acknowledges that professional-grade cleaning products will be used and accepts any risks associated with potential allergic reactions or sensitivities.Maximum Liability: In the event of proven negligence, the service provider's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the detailing service.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information for appointment scheduling

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time

  • Notify the service provider of any known vehicle sensitivities or special requirements

  • Inspect the vehicle upon completion and report any concerns immediately

General Provisions

Offer Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Limit one offer per customer/vehicle.

Service Area: Services are provided within our designated service area only. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current terms will be provided at the time of service.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of Michigan.

Room Size Limitations

Maximum Room Size: The free room offer is limited to rooms with a maximum carpet area of 250 square feet. If multiple rooms qualify, the smallest eligible room will be cleaned for free. Our technician will measure the room size upon arrival. Any room exceeding this limit will not qualify for the free cleaning offer.

Room Measurement: Room measurements are taken at the time of service and are final. Square footage is calculated based on cleanable carpet area only, excluding areas blocked by furniture that cannot be moved.

Alternative Options: If the selected room exceeds 250 square feet, the customer may choose a different qualifying room or upgrade to full service at standard rates.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $[Amount].

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the offer and may incur a service call fee.

Service Terms

Property Access: Customer must provide access to the property and the area to be cleaned at the scheduled appointment time. Service cannot be performed if access is not available.

Furniture Moving: Basic furniture moving (chairs, small tables) is included. The customer is responsible for removing valuable, fragile, or electronic items. Heavy furniture will be cleaned around, not moved.

Pre-Cleaning Preparation: The customer should vacuum loose debris and remove personal items from the area to be cleaned before the service arrival.

Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer: The service provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of the carpet/upholstery cleaning service, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-existing stains, wear patterns, or damage to carpet or upholstery

  • Color bleeding, fading, or changes in the texture of materials

  • Damage to furniture, walls, or other property during the cleaning process

  • Water damage or moisture-related issues following cleaning

  • Allergic reactions to cleaning products used

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • Shrinkage or distortion of natural fiber materials

Pre-Existing Conditions: The customer acknowledges that the service provider will inspect the carpets and upholstery before beginning work and note any pre-existing damage, stains, or wear. The service provider is not responsible for any issues that existed before cleaning.

Cleaning Results: While every effort is made to remove stains and soil, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or may reappear after cleaning due to factors beyond our control, such as wicking.Drying Time: Customer acknowledges that carpets and upholstery will require drying time (typically 4-24 hours) and accepts responsibility for proper ventilation and care during this period.

Cleaning Products: Customer acknowledges that professional-grade cleaning products will be used and accepts any risks associated with potential allergic reactions or sensitivities.Maximum Liability: In the event of proven negligence, the service provider's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the cleaning service.
